The following describes the terms on which Multious offers you to access our services. Multious reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time and variations takes effect when they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use or purchase and your continued use of our website shall confirm your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

(1)    Account

By making use of this site, you will be deemed to be aged 18 or over, who can purchase with a credit card. Multious reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

(2)    Products

We try our best to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that the content of this site is accurate, complete or error-free. If a product offered by Multious is not as described, your sole remedy is t return it in unused condition.

All product pictures shown on our website are the genuine products we sell. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual product. This partly depends on the colour reproduction on your computer.

All products and services are subject to availability and are offered with information provided to the best of Multious’s ability. Upon receipt of your Order, we will process your payment and check stock availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this within 7 days and advise of when the goods will be available or make a refund. Dispatch of goods to you is our acceptance of your order and denotes completion of Multious’s contract with you unless the order is cancelled or you have been notified by Multious otherwise

(3)    Payment

The price of the products is as displayed on our website. All prices are in US dollars, including delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Generally delivery is at the rate displayed on the site, but you will be advised of any delivery charges before completing checkout. Goods can not be collected in person.

If we do not receive payment within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, you may be subjected to a surcharge. Goods are dispatched when we have cleared payment. The title in any goods will not pass to you until we have received full cleared payment.

(4)    Responsibility and Misuse

All title, ownership and risk to the ordered products will pass to you when they have been delivered to you. Once the products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Multious will not be liable for them.

You specifically accept that appearance and life of any products is dependant on correct and effective use, storage, inspection and periodic routine cleaning and maintenance. You also specifically agree that Multious has no liability and furthermore you will indemnify Multious for any loss resulting in any breach of this clause.

(5)    Force Majeure

Multious shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system.

(6)    Copyright

This website is owned and operated by Multious. All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on this site are copyrighted to Multious. Multious also retains in full intellectual property rights in all products and services which they provide.

You specifically accept that:

(a) Products and services are offered with no warranty or guarantee other than any applicable manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.

(b) This site is provided by Multious on an as “as in” and “as available” basis. Multious makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site.

(c) To the extent that the law allows Multious is not responsible for any loss, incidental or consequential damage, or loss arising out of purchase, any use, errors, mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction, or any part of the supply of products and/or services or use of this site.

(d) Multious takes all reasonable precautions to keep order details secure, but cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information you provided

(e) You are responsible for providing, accurate, correct and up-to-date information and Multious will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever in this regard.

(f) All copyright, and all other intellectual property rights in all content, including our logo, shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors and you agree that you will not, nor will you assist any other person or organisation to, breach copyright in any way whatsoever

(g) Multious makes no warranty and have no liability in respect of any electronic virus, worms or any other fault or defect or problems whatsoever which may occur or as a result thereof, including data, documents or any email Multious sends you.

(9)    Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with laws of Hong Kong and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Multious reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on this site and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this site and your continued use of Multious.com shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
