Shipment and Delivery

We ship via Hong Kong Post (or local courier if the postal address is in Hong Kong).

While we try our best to ship your products as soon as we receive your order, your patience is gratefully appreciated. Estimation on the delivery time to different countries is listed below.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee money back refund. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us by writing to us at info@multious.com within 7 working days if the goods are damaged. If you fail to do so then you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Should there be any defects in the product on receipt, please contact us before returning any items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be entertained.

Items must be returned in its original condition in which they were received. We regret to offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include a copy of your deliver note or your order number; and reason for return.

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. For credit card refunds, only the total cost of goods is refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
